The general definition of “barbaric” is “wild, untamed, and primitive.” If you think about it, shouldn’t that describe the most delicious beverage on earth? There are two things that make our coffee truly barbaric. One is—out of our passion for great coffee—we buy the highest quality beans from around the globe. And, secondly, we lovingly roast these amazing beans on-site in our coffee bar in small batches, which means you, our valued customer, are assured of purchasing the freshest coffee possible.
And for the record, you may have noticed our little bean looks a bit ticked off. Well, you would be too if you spent 15-minutes in a small rotating roaster drum at 400 (+) degrees.
